I was also a Professor of Abnormal Psychology at Portland State University for 3 years. My individual therapy strategies include specialized training in using Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) , Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and psychodynamic methods.
